Era timeline, so it's very advised to at least have some information about the story there. Despite that, the server is much more flexible towards some supernatural things related to server event.6. Please avoid ironical hate or hate itself towards characters, units, ships, games, companies and writers. While we want to respect each other's opinion, this place is not a place for discourse, there is no venting channel either so please be careful.7. It's very encouraged for the chara to interact with everyone, ES!!Era itself branched out a lot beyond the unit or agency restrictions in their small stories, so don't be shy to create connection to idols that characters might not interact yet in canon.8. Some characters might come with some duty due to their position in the canon story (such as leaders, agency's vice presidents, student councils etc) but it's not mandatory to always be available for that.
8. 1. For example, characters that has photo up in this site are the member of Information Department who also manage HallHands in canon story.9. If the writer wants to create a plot that need to be overlooked by some characters on point 8 please remember to tell beforehand to avoid clash in plot.10. You are free to tell The Hallhands Staff if you need any hiatus, but if you are not active for 4 weeks outside hiatus at least in the main chat then Gatekeeper will approach you and ask to relieve your character.10.1 to be counted as "active" condition is for the character to atleast participate in the #Hallhands-general. We understand that writer can be busy too that's why the main chat is our way to measure your activeness in RP. Activity is measured for each chara you are holding.11. We are only accepting request from twitter account that is not newly made or empty. If there is indication that you are pro-harassment from any side, we won't be accepting the request either.12.
